Calling
someone a conspiracy theorist is the new insult of the day. Anytime you hear
something you don’t like, you can call the person expressing that thing a
conspiracy theorist and the conversation ends. It might rain later today.
Conspiracy theorist!
Have
there been no conspiracies in history? Communism started as a conspiracy. Actually,
it started with a pamphlet called the Communist Manifesto, written by Karl Marx
in 1848. Later came the three-volume Das Kapital (1867–1883) which Marx started
and his colleague Friedrich Engels completed. The entire communist empire
started with two conspirators. Those works inspired various Russian revolutionary
organizations that united in 1898 as the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party.
In 1903, Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov who we know by his pseudonym Vladimir Lenin
and Alexander Bogdanov split off from the party, and in 1912 formed their own
party called the Bolshevists. Future
Soviet dictator and mass murderer Joseph Stalin joined them. The Bolsheviks
took power during the October Revolution in November 1917 and became the only
ruling party in the subsequent Soviet Russia and its successor state, the
Soviet Union, which was established in 1922.
At
the time of the revolution, the Central Committee of the Bolshevik Party had 21
members and 10 candidate members. The Soviet Union at its height consisted of the
countries of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia,
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Estonia, Latvia,
and Lithuania. Soviet supported communist parties took over in Poland in 1945,
Albania and Bulgaria in 1946, Romania in 1947, Czechoslovakia in 1948, East
Germany and Hungary in 1949. Communism also spread to East Asia, largely
through the influence of China, which became a communist country in 1949.
Communism spread to North Korea in 1948, to North Vietnam in 1945, and to
Cambodia and Laos in 1975, All of Vietnam became communist in 1976. In East
Asia, Mongolia became communist in 1924 and maintained close ties to the Soviet
Union. In Africa, South Yemen, Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Somalia, Angola, and
Mozambique became communist in the 1960s and 70s. How many people died
throughout this process? 100 million. That includes the parents and siblings of
my grandparents. How many lived under Communist rule at its peak? Billions. That
includes my grandparents who escaped communist Russia in 1923. How many
suffered in the gulag, Russian concentration camps? Millions. It all started
with a pamphlet. Oh yes, conspiracies happen.
Shall
we talk about Nazi Germany now? It started with an Austrian named Adolf Hitler,
a secondary school dropout who aspired to be an artist and wound up living in
homeless shelters in Vienna. Imagine somebody saying, see that man walking out
of the homeless shelter, someday he will conspire with some colleagues to take
over all of Germany, embark on a war across all of Europe that kills 50 million
people, and order the genocide of millions of Jews. Would you have said, “That’s
a silly conspiracy theory.” Hitler became a laborer, was exposed to nationalist
and racist rhetoric, and, well, you know the rest of the story.
The two
most tragic episodes of the last 100 years started as conspiracies. And those
aren’t the only conspiracies that made huge impacts on the lives of all of us. But
those two in particular lead to mass death and affected all of us. Other conspiracies
include the sinking of the Maine that started the Spanish-American war, the
sinking of the Lusitania that drew America into World War One, the Gulf of Tonkin
operation that drew America into the Vietnam War, the Bernie Madoff investment
pyramid scheme, and the Enron fraud. Before its bankruptcy on December 3, 2001,
Enron employed approximately 29,000 staff and was a major electricity, natural
gas, communications and pulp and paper company, with claimed revenues of nearly
$101 billion during 2000. Fortune named Enron "America's Most Innovative
Company" for six consecutive years. At the end of 2001, it was revealed
that Enron's reported financial condition was sustained by an
institutionalized, systemic and creatively planned accounting fraud, known
since as the Enron scandal. Enron has since become a well-known example of
willful corporate fraud and corruption.
According
to ZeroHedge, the CIA coined the term Conspiracy Theorist in 1967 and
recommended methods for discrediting such theories. Evidence was found in a dispatch that was
marked “psych” – short for
“psychological operations” or disinformation –
and “CS” for the CIA’s “Clandestine Services” unit. The dispatch was
produced in responses to a Freedom of Information Act request by the New York
Times in 1976.
Famed
whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg said this about political secrets:
It is a commonplace that “you can’t
keep secrets in Washington” or “in a democracy, no matter how sensitive the
secret, you’re likely to read it the next day in the New York Times.” These truisms
are flatly false. They are in fact cover stories, ways of flattering and
misleading journalists and their readers, part of the process of keeping
secrets well. Of course eventually many secrets do get out that wouldn’t in a
fully totalitarian society. But the fact is that the overwhelming majority of
secrets do not leak to the American public. This is true even when the
information withheld is well known to an enemy and when it is clearly essential
to the functioning of the congressional war power and to any democratic control
of foreign policy. The reality unknown to the public and to most members of
Congress and the press is that secrets that would be of the greatest import to
many of them can be kept from them reliably for decades by the executive branch,
even though they are known to thousands of insiders.
Were
all the conspiracies in the past? The world is a nice place now? Is that your
view? Particularly conspiracies to commit genocide, is that all history? The
Haggadah tells us otherwise. It says, “In every generation they rise against us
to destroy us.” We have been reading the Haggadah every year for thousands of
years. We are supposed to learn from it. Or are we going to call the Haggadah a
conspiracy theorist?
Given
world history, especially recent history, you have to be a fool not to
have conspiracy theories. The Haggadah tell us that they try to destroy us in
every generation. Nazi Germany collapsed 75 years ago. That’s two and a half generations
ago. That brings us to 2020. There’s a lot going on out there. Is it all just
happening? Random? Kacha? That’s how it seems when you are in the middle of it.
Afterwards, one connects the dots. Well, those who survive connect the dots.
The
methods change even if the intention does not. Just as every generation has its
own culture, dynamics, and temptations, the enemies of the Jewish people and
humanity in general change their clothing and their methods. One needn’t be on
the lookout for Germans in Nazi uniforms chanting nationalistic slogans for rabid
nationalism was a 20th century thing. The 21st century is
characterized by technology. The attempt at genocide this time around is much
more likely to come through technology.
That’s
as hard for many of us to accept as it was for 19th and 20th
century people to believe that fascistic nationalism or communism were dangerous.
Communism was going to save humanity. That’s what millions of people thought.
That’s what many Jews thought as some took on leadership roles to bring about
communism and many others signed up as followers.
We view
technology like they viewed communism. It’s wonderful. What could be bad? People
love their phones. They literally have become appendages to the hand. When you
see someone get out of his car or stand at a bus stop and not check his phone
you take note.
Technology
really isn’t the main issue. It’s the people in charge of it that are the
issue. Whether communism had merit or not, the people who took over were demonic
psychopaths.
So
what’s happening today? Only this: A disease is created in a communist Chinese
lab that has received funds from the main spokesperson of the team that the US
government creates to combat the disease. The corporate media — the same one
that regularly censors the US President and literally halted transmission of
his press conference — tells us that millions are infected by the disease even
though 80% of them are not sick at all and 18% are mildly sick only for a few
days. They are diagnosed as infected only by results of a test, the PCR, about which
its inventor said, don't use it for diagnosis. It cannot tell you if you are
sick. The outspoken inventor died conveniently six months before his test began
being used for this purpose. Moreover, the test which even for research
purposes is not valid above 30 cycles of magnification is used by most
countries at 35 cycles or higher. Not only infections but deaths are wildly
exaggerated because of this test. Only 6% of the deaths reported to be caused
by this disease were really caused by it. 94% were caused by other conditions.
However, the disease is put on the death certificate if any tiny fragments of
DNA from a family of viruses related to this virus are found in the body of the
deceased. Meanwhile, trillions of viruses live in the human body all the time
so finding remnants of any virus there is not a problem. Hospitals, where most
people die, are paid extra by governments and private insurers to list this
disease on the death certificate. Stories abound of families protesting these
certifications. "He was not sick with the disease. He died in a motorcycle
accident." The media never tells you but the average age of death by the
disease is 80. For many countries, the average age is higher than the average
lifespan of the citizens there. With these bogus numbers regarding infections
and deaths, governments around the world shut down their economies and rob
citizens of their right to assemble, socialize, work, worship, protest, attend
school and travel on a scale that has never happened in history. The people are
ordered to mask their faces, not with medical masks but any kind of rag, as if
that will magically stop the spread of the disease. The rags, which cover the
face, add to the alienation caused by the lock downs and spread fear by
reminding people about the disease which they might have forgotten about
because most people don't know anyone who is sick with it or who has died from
it. Governments and corporate media daily pound the public with dubious scare
stories about the disease and talk constantly about vaccines being the cure.
Pharmaceutical companies who were decades ago freed from liability for vaccine
injury rush through a vaccine in 1/8 the time it usually takes to make a
vaccine that even they would call safe. Governments, the media, and bar
associations float the idea of mandatory vaccinations, proposing that the
military administer them, or that they be tied into the right to travel, work,
go out into society, or receive food government funds for anything. Nearly all
of these countries follow the lead of the World Health Organization whose
promiscuously homosexual president belonged to a radical and violent Marxist
organization and whose primary funding comes from the communist Chinese who
created the disease and from the world's second richest man who has a family
history in eugenics, ie population control. This man has funded vaccination
programs that have killed, maimed, and left infertile, thousands of people in
the Third World. (Was he testing his poison there?) This man has confirmed
connections to a recently suicided child rapist who owned an island where
senior politicians went to engage in the rape of children. The New York Times
reported that this billionaire met with this man on multiple occasions starting
in 2011, just a few years after the man had pleaded guilty to soliciting
prostitution from a minor. Numerous senior politicians and former intelligence
agents report that secretly made recordings from this island are used to extort
and control politicians around the world. Meanwhile, the US President, a
political outsider with a passionate following, opposes the hysteria, but loses
his re-election bid to a very weak and unpopular opponent who is suffering from
dementia. The election was obviously rife with corruption and when hundreds of
thousands of his supporters converged on the capital to protest it, the media didn’t
report it. This is the same media that cheerleads the masks, lockdowns, and
vaccines and censors the president.
Does
this sound like the story line to a Hollywood thriller? It's what is going on
in the world today — the same world where, as we have noted, in the early
1900's a group of conspirators plotted to overthrow the Czar of Russia and
turned half the world into a communist empire that left 50 million people dead
as it outlawed religion, particularly the Jewish religion, the same world where
in the mid-1900s a group of conspirators took over the powerful country of
Germany, installed a fascist dictatorship, and embarked on a world war and mass
genocide program that left 50 million dead and focused its murderousness in
particular on the Jewish people and the Jewish religion.
So
we remind you that the Haggadah, an ancient text of that religion, says this: "This
is what has stood by our fathers and us. For not just one alone has risen
against us to destroy us, but in every generation they rise against us to
destroy us; and the Holy One, blessed be He, saves us from their hand."
Are
you getting it? Are you awake now?
Are
we headed for another Holocaust, heaven forbid? Is Moshiach’s arrival imminent?
It’s time to prepare ourselves with teshuva. And it’s time to stop the hysteria
because it’s much harder to do teshuva with the shuls and yeshivas closed and
with our minds focused on doctors and politicians rather than on the Master of
the Universe.

Masks don’t help:

World Health Organization does not recommend masks for people who are not at risk
“Nobody gives by the way publicity to the WHO’s recommendation quote they do not recommend masks for the general public, unquote, even in their updated note, if you bother to read their whole technical note they say that. And they are talking about the only time you wear a mask is if you are at risk, (in a) high risk group, in an area of widespread transmission of the disease and you cannot be three feet away from someone.”

Blood pH balance: Acidosis is when your blood pH drops below 7.35 and becomes too acidic. Alkalosis is when your blood pH is higher than 7.45 and becomes too alkaline. The two main organs that help balance the pH of blood are the:
Lungs. These organs remove carbon dioxide through breathing or respiration.
Kidneys. These organs remove acids through urine or excretion.
The different types of blood acidosis and alkalosis depend on the cause. The two main types are:
Respiratory. This type occurs when the change in blood pH is caused by a lung or breathing condition.
Metabolic. This type occurs when blood pH changes are due to a kidney condition or issue
Respiratory acidosis: When your lungs aren’t able to move enough carbon dioxide out of your body quickly enough, blood pH is lowered. This is called respiratory acidosis. Symptoms can include: headache, memory loss, sleep disturbance, anxiety and personality changes. In acute respiratory acidosis, or if chronic respiratory acidosis gets progressively worse over time, the effects of raised CO2 in the brain become more severe. Symptoms can include: confusion, drowsiness, stupor, muscle jerking.
Effects of a drastically lower pH in the blood include: reduced heart muscle function,
disturbances in heart rhythm, producing arrhythmias, a drop in blood pressure.
Mask Mouth:
Dentists report that masks cause people to breathe out of their noses. As a result saliva, which is an important element in fighting cavities, dries up. Due to excessive mask wearing, people are developing cavities and gum disease at an alarming rate. The latter increases the risk of strokes.
Masks spread disease:

Arutz Sheva spoke to Former Health Ministry Director Professor Yoram Lass, who has been outspoken and unembarrassed in his criticism of Health Ministry COVID-19 policy.
Professor Lass does not suggest that minor errors have been made in determining Israeli mitigation policy, rather he says the Health Ministry is disseminating completely erroneous data; there is no "excess mortality" in Israel, no plague, and, as a rule, the so-called "dead because of coronavirus" did not die from coronavirus.
Everyone was concerned during the opening days and weeks of this crisis, after hearing projections by experts that predicted millions of deaths, and seeing images from China, with people falling on the ground in mid-stride and dying in the streets.
At one point however, some experts began to be skeptical. Did you personally experience such a shift, and if so, when, and what was the cause?
"Even in the early days of the coronavirus epidemic back in January 2020, I was looking at the data - not at the pictures - at the data from China. I knew that on a monthly basis - every month - one million Chinese approximately died every month. And the numbers coming out of the coronavirus epidemic were so small.
"Up to this point - and I believe the data - up to this point, less than five thousand Chinese people died from the coronavirus. Which is negligible; there is no plague. There is not even an 'event' in China.
"The same in Japan, where we have one-hundred-twenty-million people, and about one thousand people 'dying from coronavirus', and they did not die from coronavirus; they died from old age, cancer, heart attack, and so on.
"So, from the early days I knew there is no epidemic in eastern Asia. There is no epidemic in the Middle East. There is an epidemic event in western Europe and in the United States, which is comparable to a very severe influenza epidemic, that's all. So the world destruction is not justified."

CDC Funded Study Shows the Vaccinated Shed 6.3 Times More Flu Virus, Just by Breathing
"I see the standout losers as countries like Austria, Australia and Israel that had very strict lockdown but didn’t have many cases. They have damaged their economies, caused massive social damage, damaged the educational year of their children, but not obtained any herd immunity."
I'm sure you have heard the expression 'snot nosed kid.' The expression comes from most little kids having runny noses throughout much of their days as toddlers. So a question: Why do little kids have runny noses so much of the time? Answer: Because they have not yet developed immunity to common colds and viruses.
Through the miracle of God's creation, the human body develops immunity to countless diseases. As we go through childhood and become adults, our immunity gets stronger. You have in your body trillions of viruses at any one time. Your body fights them off. It's amazing.
This is why, explains Dr. Scott Atlas, MD, of Stanford University, that you don't want to limit exposure to viruses that do not sicken 99% of the public. Just the opposite, you want them exposed so that they develop immunity and are therefore unable to spread the disease to the people who are affected by it. In the case of SARS-COVID2, the ones who can be affected are nearly entirely octogenarians and people whose bodies are already seriously weakened by serious illnesses like cancer. Not all of them are affected but enough that there's a concern. For a small percentage of them, death can occur.
“But there’s a more fundamental point that I want to make sure have time to address and that is this idea that somehow has evolved that we must stop cases. That was never the policy, that should never be the policy when you have an infection that 99% of people have no problem with. It’s no big deal if low risk people get the infection. It’s really irrational to somehow keep apart healthy younger people, to insist that they should wear a mask, or that there should be some limit in restaurants. If you are high risk, you are high risk. But the most recent data shows that the infection fatality rate for people under 70 is 0.04%. That’s one-one hundredth of the original number. And what that means is for people under 70 years old your infection fatality rate is less than or equal to seasonal flu. If people want to shut down things because of that kind of risk then we better shut down all the schools and restaurants during November through April [every year] because that’s the flu season." Some people think lockdowns and masks protect the vulnerable. Actually, when engaged in by young healthy people, those measures endanger the vulnerable.
Counts of people with the virus do not signify a pandemic. Such counts really are only telling us that immunity is being developed. If people are not getting sick, then there's no pandemic. It's just bodies developing immunity as they normally do.
We should note that tests are not reliable. They only detect fragments of the virus genome and do not give us accurate counts of people with the virus. In other words, the PCR test tells us only that a person was exposed to the virus, not that he had enough exposure to make him sick. Additionally, there has been lots of double counting. If a person takes three tests that indicate having the virus, they count that as three people with the virus. Also there have been many false positives. This week, the Ohio governor tested POSITIVE for COVID-19. Ten hours later, he tested NEGATIVE for COVID-19.
Counts of the seriously ill are more meaningful; although most of the seriously ill were already seriously ill with other afflictions such as cancer. In Israel, the count is very low. It's been around 350 for months and never higher than that. In the months since lockdowns ended, the number has not moved much. And it is not meaningfully different in areas where people are not careful about masks.
Counts of mortalities are meaningful of course too. But the problem there is that most of the so-called COVID deaths have had comorbidities. This means the people who died had all kinds of other illnesses that were in most cases the significant cause of death. In America, death certificates are showing COVID when they have no business doing so, even in cases of people who have died in motorcycle accidents and from gunshots. Hospitals get paid more by Medicare when they list a death as COVID. Moreover, doctors are encouraged and instructed to add COVID to death reports.
Therefore, the most meaningful statistic for signifying a pandemic is death count compared to prior periods. In Israel, the count for June and July was lower this year than last. In New Jersey, the count was 1% lower in June and July of this year than in 2018 and only 1.3% higher than 2019. That is not a pandemic.

Again, according to the CDC, through the end of July the average number of total deaths in the United States per day was 7,434 this year. In 2017 there were an average of more than 7,700 deaths per day in the United States.

Herd immunity appears to have been reached. And a high percentage of the deaths early on happened because the governor ordered 6,300 COVID-19 patients into nursing homes where the vulnerable population lived.
This is not a pandemic, not a magefa. If it was at any point (which it wasn't) it surely isn't now. So why does the media and why do government officials keep telling us the sky is falling? Why in Israel do they keep threatening another lockdown? Why in America do they keep talking about vaccines and mandatory vaccines? Why has the state of Victoria in Australia gone full on fascistic? They have had 162 deaths in Victoria (247 in the entire country) and the police there have instituted full lockdowns, are violently arrested women, dragging people through car windows, and invading people's homes without warrants. Why are they limiting the development of herd immunity? Why are they destroying the economy? Why are they causing such havoc on people's lives?
Is it greed? Do the pharmaceutical companies plan to make billions by providing vaccines to billions of people? It is well known that the pharmaceutical companies have an enormous hold on the medical industry as well as government agencies whose executives often take high paying jobs in pharm. companies after leaving government.
Moreover, a third of the funding for the Food and Drug Administration comes from drug companies.
What is this reference to HCQ? That's an abbreviation for Hydroxychloroquine, a medicine that many physicians claim to be a good remedy for SARS-COVID2. Yet, strangely, much of the mass media, particularly the leftist media (the ones who keep promoting civil unrest and the BLM movement), regularly censors doctors who recommend it.
Recently, a group of doctors held a press conference in front of the US Supreme Court building to talk about their positive findings with the drug. Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook removed video of the press conference from thousands of tweets and posts. What's more the removal seemed to be coordinated.
See them wearing doctors' coats. They are physicians. Why would they be censored? If they don't have a right to speak about medicine, who does? These are medical doctors. They are credible voices by conventional standards.
But they weren't only banned on social media mega-platforms. Here's what happened to Dr. Gold after her appearance:

My personal opinion is that the man is a sociopath. He also reportedly was the chief proponent, or one of them, for the Congressional law exempting pharmaceutical companies for liability on vaccine injury. Yes, in case you didn't know, vaccines are a liability free product. I don't know if you ever worked for a corporation, but I have. The major concern in any place I ever worked was profit. They followed the law and morality only to the extent that they were forced to. If there was no enforceable law or external pressure preventing them from doing something profitable, they did it.
Dr. Risch: "To date, there are no studies whatsoever, published or in pre-print, that provide scientific evidence against the treatment approach for high-risk outpatients that I have described. None. Assertions to the contrary, whether by Fauci, the FDA, or anyone else, are without foundation. They constitute misleading and toxic disinformation."
"The first thing to understand is that COVID-19 has two main stages. At the first stage, it is a flu-like illness. That illness will not kill you. If you are a high-risk patient and begin treatment immediately, you will almost certainly be done with it in a few days. When not treated, high-risk patients may progress. The virus then causes severe pneumonia and attacks many organs, including the heart. In this second stage, hydroxychloroquine is not effective."
So why condemn a drug that has not been found by any studies to be a problem? Why all this censorship about HCQ? Why withhold a drug that doctors tell us can save many lives? Answer: because some big powerful people want you to take the vaccine. It appears, they want it so badly they are willing to let people die.
Dr. Risch: "Further, it seems quite possible that the FDA, a third of whose funding comes from drug companies, is under intense pressure from those companies to be extremely conservative in its handling of hydroxychloroquine. If hydroxychloroquine is used widely and comes to be recognized as highly effective, the markets for expensive and patented COVID-19 medications, including intravenous drugs that can only be used in the hospital, will shrink substantially."

Dr. Gerberding has been estimated to earn about $2.5 million a year as an executive at Merck. Her net worth has been pegged at $13.5 million or more. Not bad for someone who earned an annual salary of $207,000 as the head of the CDC at little over a decade ago a period during which Merck produced 14 of the 17 vaccines now recommended for children by the CDC and nine of the 10 vaccines recommended by the agency for adults. One can argue this is retroactive bribery. Serve the corporations while in office and they'll reward you afterward. Bill and Hillary Clinton made $100 million giving speeches for corporate America after Bill left office. That's bribery. How does COVID fit in? Well it's this. COVID is a disease that possibly was manipulated in a lab with the intention of spreading it to humanity. When Bill Gates said some years back that a pandemic was on the horizon, he knew what he was talking about because he was involved in creating it.
The plan is to terrify everyone into taking a vaccine that contains within it a microchip through which the new masters can control the ones it doesn't kill. All of your finances will be in there and if you don't behave according to their atheistic, satanic rules they shut off your money. Also, they can follow you around and even zap you with all kinds of nasty high tech lasers and energies. Once that chip is inside you, you are at their mercy. It's like when police get handcuffs on people. Once the cuffs are on, a person is helpless.

According to the local news, Dr. James Greg Bonham, 63, was a respected member of the Irmo area of Lexington County. He and his longtime companion Lisa Marie McCartha, 46, were both found deceased in their home. Their bodies were discovered after McCartha’s sister got concerned when she and her mother were unable to reach McCartha for almost a week, which was very unusual.
As of 2016, more than 100 had been killed.

What's the matter?
RFID - (acronym for Radio Frequency Identification) is a technology of tiny radio chips capable of transmitting to electronic readers in a short range of a few meters (at frequencies approved in the country) via radio waves.
In this technology, which is supposed to replace personal identification cards and barcodes, every tiny chip contains information, and is used to identify and locate objects and animals. Along with their technological advantage, the use of the chips and the information stored in them aroused criticism and concern about invasion of privacy .
There are two types of RFID chips on the market: active and passive. The active chips independently transmit the information to the computer that receives them. The passive chips store the information but do not transmit information without an external power source of the electronic reader.
RFID chips are used worldwide among military units, shipping companies, factories, department stores, airports and private consumers. The U.S. government has recently begun gradually incorporating RFID chips into passports. Apple and Nike market shoes that use this chip to transmit information about running from the shoe to the iPod.
The IDF began several months ago several tests to test the use of RFID for the purpose of optimizing the logistics services and supply chain. The communication frequencies approved will allow the passive RFID chips to be read in the range of 3 to 7 meters. The RFID chips can be read in the range of up to 100 meters .

Hundreds were startled Wednesday by an unsolicited text message.
"Hello. According to an epidemiological investigation," it began, addressing each recipient by name. "You were near someone sick with the coronavirus. You must immediately isolate at home [14 days] to protect your relatives and the public. ... This information will be used only for this purpose and will be erased when no longer needed. Sincerely, public health services."
It's part of a sweeping new program. Netanyahu ordered the Shin Bet domestic spy agency, usually tasked with monitoring extremists, to launch the cellphone surveillance. It locates people who could have the virus and messages them.
Meanwhile, late Thursday the "Supreme Court" stopped the police from using the data to enforce quarantines, which it had started doing. The court also said it could scrap the program unless it goes through parliament or if the country is put on a total lockdown.
The court order appeared to be written before the government required people to stay at home, with some exceptions, late Thursday. It's unclear how that will affect the future of the surveillance program.
With more than 600 cases and tens of thousands quarantined, the country has closed all schools, restaurants and entertainment venues.
The moves come as Netanyahu struggles to stay in power after an election March 2, which has so far failed to produce a winner. The opposition leader is trying to gather the votes in parliament to unseat him.
Small protests broke out Thursday — in defiance of emergency rules against gatherings — after the speaker of the parliament, a Netanyahu ally, shut down the chamber until next week. Police broke up the crowds.
The phone surveillance has added to the fears among some about the country's democracy.
"Big Brother is here," wrote Omer, a young father, on Facebook, minutes after he received a text message that he'd been close to a virus carrier the previous week.
"I guess I can understand why they're doing it," he said in an interview, withholding his last name due to, well, privacy concerns. "But it makes you think what other private personal information they have access to, and if it's being used in the appropriate way."
Michal Rudnik, 22, was recently driving her ill 20-year-old brother to the doctor when a police car pulled up next to her at a gas station in the southern Israeli town of Meitar. She was driving her father's car, and her parents are in quarantine after returning from a trip to London.
"The policeman asked me, 'Who is in the back seat?' So I said, 'It's my brother.' And he said, 'OK, I thought it was your father, who's supposed to be in quarantine.' And I was like, 'No, no, it's my brother.' "
She said the officer followed up by naming her father and asking if he was sticking to the quarantine. "I was in shock," Rudnik said. "I guess in a way it's also the right thing to do, but it wasn't a good feeling."
The country's Health Ministry had already been publicizing the dates and times people with the virus had visited any locations, based on interviews. Now, officials use cellphone tracking going back two weeks and send the text messages to people who crossed paths with the virus.
Netanyahu's Cabinet approved the surveillance measures in the middle of the night Monday, circumventing a parliamentary oversight committee still debating whether they were justified.
The Israeli Association of Public Health Physicians said a lack of transparency about the surveillance program hurt public trust. The Association for Civil Rights in Israel was among several groups that petitioned Israel's Supreme Court Thursday to demand an end to the surveillance program.
"I think that people in Israel in general are willing to limit their right of privacy to combat terrorism — Palestinians or other enemies," said Gil Gan-Mor, an attorney with the civil rights group. "Now people find out that the Shin Bet and the police know exactly where they are in any second. People are awakening and understanding the problem of giving too much power to the government when it comes to our privacy."
It's likely that Israelis who were not within 2 meters (6 feet) of distance from a virus carrier will still be identified for quarantine. Sharon Perry, a cellular tracing expert, said the GPS technology of civilian mobiles can pinpoint a person's location only within 5 to 6 meters' accuracy if the cellphone is outdoors, or 10 to 20 meters if the phone is indoors. But he argued the breach of privacy was justified.
"In any case that someone can trace your route and location you should be concerned, but I guess that when you have a global pandemic happening in the world, there is a kind of justification for this move," Perry said.
Alon Hazay, a cybersecurity expert who used to do work for a national cyberdefense initiative connected to Shin Bet intelligence, said the trove of cellphone location data could get into the hands of hackers, private investigators or criminal organizations. "When the data is out there then other parties can try to take advantage and misuse this information, and create a huge problem for privacy of the citizens of Israel," Hazay said.
Anti-Netanyahu lawmakers — who are a slim majority in parliament following this month's election — accuse caretaker Prime Minister Netanyahu of exploiting the coronavirus to barricade himself in office, harming Israel's democratic institutions.
Netanyahu faces charges of bribery and fraud and his trial was supposed to start this week. But his justice minister closed down the courts, leading judges to postpone the trial.
Netanyahu said he requires maximum oversight for the surveillance program to protect Israelis' private data.
"While I'm fighting the coronavirus war to save Israeli lives, giving my soul day and night, the opposition is trying to topple the prime minister who is navigating the boat during the corona storm," he said in an interview to Channel 12 TV.

It’s a bit much, don’t you think? Still laughing at the conspiracy theorists? I'm not laughing. As I mentioned, Hitler also talked in flowery language that attempted to portray idealism. He did this right to the end in his farewell letter in the bunker:
“More than thirty years have now passed since I in 1914 made my modest contribution as a volunteer in the first world war that was forced upon the Reich. In these three decades I have been actuated solely by love and loyalty to my people in all my thoughts, acts, and life. They gave me the strength to make the most difficult decisions which have ever confronted mortal man. I have spent my time, my working strength, and my health in these three decades.”
He said further that World War II “will go down one day in history as the most glorious and valiant demonstration of a nation's life purpose” and “I die with a happy heart, aware of the immeasurable deeds and achievements of our soldiers at the front, our women at home, the achievements of our farmers and workers and the work, unique in history, of our youth who bear my name.”
