If stoic men are accused of being insecure it’s because the world is upside down. Culture today is dominated by feminist sensibilities which seeks for men to be women and women to be men. As a result, men are not allowed to be masculine and women are not allowed to be feminine. Mostly we see are epicene Frankensteins all around us. As an example, there’s the current Democrat ticket for President. What these people are saying is that if you don’t gush with emotion like a woman then you are an insecure man. In reality, a stoic man is a type of man. All men should be stoic at times. Some are stoic much of the time and that is fine. Stoicism is a great quality. It enables you to endure the ups and downs of life. So go ahead, buck the trend and be a real man. Be stoic. You should be able to encourage others and to empathize with them. But if you want to be stoic, wonderful.
